It is unacceptable that your customers were not informed of this development, despite WYRE giving users advanced notice. Furthermore, the fact that you chose to remain silent and not address the issue with your customers has only exacerbated the situation. We were eagerly awaiting the airdrop of reward NFT cards, and instead, we have been left with an error message and no one available to speak to regarding our concerns.

We understand that external factors beyond your control can impact your business operations, but it is your responsibility to communicate these changes to your customers. Your customers are the lifeblood of your business, and their trust and loyalty should be valued and respected. Ignoring their concerns and leaving them in the dark is not an acceptable way to conduct business.

We implore you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and provide a clear explanation to your customers. We urge you to prioritize your customers and take the necessary steps to regain their trust and confidence in your platform.
